Fantastic New Scanning Feature for CardMobili Android!

With the update of CardMobili for Android, many important and fantastic changes were made to the app, such as allowing cards to be accessed offline, being able to add cards directly from the phone, and greatly increasing the speed. 

One of most convenient features that we added is the ability to scan your cards directly into your phone.  While CardMobili is already easy to use, this aspect makes it that much simpler.

Normally, you would enter your cards information into CardMobili by typing in the number. But now, once you have selected a card to add, all you have to do is click the Bar code Icon on the right to select the scanner, focus the scanner and, Voilá! Your information will be automatically transferred to your virtual card. It’s as simple as that.

At the moment, barcode scanning is exclusive to Android. However, this great time saving feature will soon be available on other platforms. CardMobili is here to simplify your life and we are always working to improve it for you. Give us your feedback; we want to know how we can make your life even easier!

The Many Features of CardMobili

If you are reading this blog, then chances are you already know that CardMobili can help to simplify your life by storing all of those cards from your wallet in your mobile device.  While this is the one of the major advantages of using this app, there are many other fantastic features that you may not know.  So we are here to fill you in on all the great tools available to you on CardMobili

1. Sharing Cards

Why have multiple rewards cards in your household to your favorite store when you can share one and combine the rewards?  You can share your cards with your family and even close friends. If you have kids why not store any membership cards they may have on your phone? CardMobili helps you to organize all these different cards under one free application

2. Geolocation

You may have already had some experience with CardMobili Offers, our coupon and savings feature available on iPhone and soon to be available on Android.  But did you know in the upper right hand corner of the tab there is a locate button that allows Cardmobili to locate great saving opportunities near your location.  Not only does it find them, but it will give turn-by-turn directions directly to the store.

3. Create your own cards

Do you have a card in your wallet that CardMobili hasn’t added yet? While we work on it, you can create the card yourself!  Sign in to CardMobili.com with your account and click green button above the cards that says “Create”.  All you have to do then is fill in the information.  You can even customize it with a picture of your choice. More space in your wallet!

CardMobili Releases All New Android App

Last week CardMobili released of the newest edition of our application for the Android platform.  Our goal was to provide an application for our valued Android users that will truly make their lives easier.  We went back to the drawing board after our last version and created an entirely new and redeveloped version that redefines the app for Android.

What’s new?

The entire interface of the app was redesigned to improve the ease of use for CardMobili.  After all, CardMobili is all about making your life easier!  Likewise, we increased the speed and efficiency so that you won’t waste any time at the check-out counter. The home screen also features a “favorites” tab that organizes the cards you use the most, even further increasing the efficiency of use. 

Users now have the option to add cards directly from the app on the phone instead of having to add them only on the website.  It is easy to do so on the home page by simply pressing the “+ Add Card”.   

One of the biggest adaptations of the new version is that users can now access their cards offline, anytime they want.  Whether you are connected to the web or not, you will never be without the convenience of your cards.  They are safely stored both on your phone and in the cloud.  Because they are stored in the cloud, this means that you can access your cards anywhere in the world on any mobile device.   Never be without them!

The purpose of CardMobili is to make your life less complicated and saving you money every time you shop.  With this new Android version we aim to accomplish both of these goals for the Android community.  Still, there is always room to improve and we love to hear your insights.  Give us your feedback so we can make CardMobili the most useful app in your phone.

Using Cardmobili to find great discounts

Many of you may of heard about Cardmobili’s newest companent: Offers. This convenient, money saving feature delievers coupons, vouchers, and money saving deals directly to your Cardmobili app. Offers will very soon be available for our Android version and is currently up and running on the iPhone app.

You might be wondering exactly how to use aspect of Cardmobili so that you can save money, and we are here to walk you through it so you may get started today!

The first thing to do is make sure that you have updated your Cardmobili application to the latest version (2.0.x). Once completed, sign in and click the tab on the bottom utility bar that say “Offers”. This is where you will access your savings opportunities.

Here you have can check to find hot deals and coupons that relate to the cards you have saved in Cardmobil by clicking “My Offers”. If you want to find ways to save money in your area, first make sure you click the locate icon in the upper right hand corner. You can search by the area you are currently in, or even search by city (great if you’re travelling and want to save). Click the tab “Near” and search through the numerous deals and pick one that you like.

Once you find a deal you like, click on it! To use the coupon or deal all you have to do is click “Use it!”. You can also save it, locate and get directions to the store, and even share it on social networks – Facebook and Twitter.

Cardmobili's Update for iPhone is Here!

Stop the press!
Some ground breaking news just came in from the world of mobile technology.  Cardmobili, the foremost authority on mobile loyalty and rewards has recently revealed to waiting public that they have released their update for the iPhone platform.  The news wires were buzzing as world leaders came forward to congratulate Cardmobili on this historic day.

1.  Create a monthly budget

Creating a budget is a fantastic tool for saving money.  Figure out how much need to spend on transportation, rent, food, interpretive dance lessons, etc, and stick to it! With your expenses accounted for you can decide how much to spend on yourself and how much to put aside and save. 

2. Save your loose change!

If you pay with cash often, hold on to all that pesky change you get back. Don’t allow it to be eaten by your car seats or your couch. Put those coins in bowl or a jar and don’t touch them until it is full.  Once it is, exchange it for paper money. In the UK and USA, avoid coin counting machines that charge you a convenience fee, which can be upwards of 15-20% of your savings. Instead, buy coin rolls and do it yourself

Most major stores these days provide some sort of loyalty or rewards programs. They are there for one reason: to reward you for your business.
